Welcome to my apartment! This beautiful 75 m² two-bedroom apartment, perfect for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience, is located on the seventh floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table for shared meals. One of the apartment’s highlights is the balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs—an ideal spot to start the day with a coffee or relax in the evening. Perfect for remote workers or book lovers, the apartment includes a dedicated office space with a comfortable desk and adjustable monitors to make working more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the property also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious private terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed. All beds come with quality linens. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything you need to freshen up during your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. Parties and loud noises are prohibited; please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours and the community. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

L'appartamento è perfetto!! Ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa, una terrazza stupenda ed è vicino a tutto: la stazione della metropolitana dista solo 8 minuti a piedi e il centro storico 15 mi
