Well connected by public transport: metro line 10 and bus stops (lines 6 and 18) in front of the apartment for easy exploration of the city.

Located on the 4th floor with convenient lift access, it’s the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring. Unwind in the comfortable living area, where you can enjoy a movie on the TV or step out onto the sunny balcony to soak up some rays. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and sharing special moments together. With all the essentials, including cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. Rest easy in one of the four welcoming bedrooms. Two rooms feature single beds, and the other two have double beds, all complete with comfy mattresses and ample storage. You’ll also find two well-appointed bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to help you feel refreshed. We’ll make sure everything is spotless before your arrival, so all you need to do is settle in and relax. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Comunicazione facile e veloce. Il padrone di casa è stato davvero cordiale. L'appartamento è come nelle foto ed era ben preparato e pulito.
