Climate control is ensured with central A/C, ideal for summer season One of the great attractions of the apartment is its charming private patio, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, a meal with company or simply relaxing at the end of the day. Check-in at this accommodation is in person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, note that arrivals after 10:00 PM may incur an additional cost. We provide basic amenities for the first days of stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Appartamento incantevole, spazioso e pulito in una zona sicura e vivace. L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno di 1 mese, oltre a utili extra come ombrelli, libri e giochi.
