This flat sleeps up to 8 guests in the heart of Rennes. It is situated just a stone’s throw from the historic centre, shops and restaurants. With excellent transport links, it is the ideal place to stay with family or friends whilst exploring the capital of Brittany on foot.

Located on the first floor (no lift), this spacious and cosy flat is ideal for accommodating up to 8 guests. The living area comprises a lounge with a sofa bed, TV, dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster). Each of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The keys can be collected from a secure key box located a 9-minute walk (650 metres) from the property. A security deposit of 800 Euro is required for all bookings.
