It has a bathroom with a bath and washbasin, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a coffee maker, an oven, a toaster, an extractor hood, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an induction hob and an American-style fridge, as well as a central island. The living room has a table and chairs. A security deposit of 600€ is required for all bookings.
