It is a four-minute walk from Place de la République, the metro station there and the shops in the city centre. Perfect for a holiday, a weekend break or a business trip, this fully equipped flat combines charm, comfort and a strategic location.

Welcome to this spacious, cosy and fully equipped flat, ideally situated on the first floor (no lift). Able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to its well-optimised layout, it is the perfect base for exploring Rennes with family or friends : - The flat has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). - The living room features a cosy seating area with a television and a sofa bed, as well as a dining table and chairs for sharing meals or spending quality time together. - The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. For your mornings, there’s a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. - The bathroom is practical and well-maintained, featuring a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. To ensure your arrival goes smoothly, please note the following arrangements: - Self-check-in is available. Keys can be collected from a secure box located at a separate address, a 9-minute walk (650 metres) from the flat. Detailed instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival. - A security deposit of 600 Euro is required for all bookings. This is mandatory and is paid via a secure link using a credit card.
