The property is located in the vibrant heart of the historic centre of Ponta Delgada, right above the famous Taberna Açor, just a short walk from iconic attractions, excellent restaurants and the harbour, making it easy to explore the island!

Welcome! This spacious and charming apartment, decorated in detail to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring the island of São Miguel and its attractions. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this accommodation features a bright open-plan living and dining area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable blue sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. The modern and independent kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to essential utensils and crockery, the kitchen features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as other appliances to help with everyday life. The apartment comprises three harmoniously decorated bedrooms equipped with storage space for your belongings. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious and offer inviting queen-size beds and a balcony overlooking the street. The third bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds and has access to the private terrace, ideal for easily gathering the group outdoors around the table and enjoying the fantastic natural light throughout the day, which brightens the entire area. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Important note: Access to the property is exclusively via stairs, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, as it is located on one of the city's main and most vibrant streets, some noise may be heard during the night, especially at weekends. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
