Welcome! This charming 120m2 apartment is set on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift, just a short distance from the National Museum of Contemporary Art. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms are well decorated and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The apartment offers two bathrooms: one ensuite and another conveniently located in the corridor near the second bedroom. Each is fully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and all the essentials you need to refresh and unwind. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, ristoranti e negozi. Il posto è esattamente come nelle foto. È tranquillo.

Questo alloggio era fantastico. Si trovava in un'ottima posizione. C'erano alcuni ristoranti vicino all'appartamento, a circa 2 minuti a piedi. Il posto era esattamente come descritto e molto pulito.
