Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or gather around the dining table for a meal filled with laughter and conversation. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. With ample counter space and a bright, functional layout, it's the perfect place to prepare everything from breakfast to family dinners. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and soft lighting to ensure restful nights. One of the bedrooms also includes a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or planning your adventures around the city. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, fresh towels, and storage space for your toiletries, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note there is no elevator, so be prepared for a brief climb to this charming retreat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
