Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50 m² apartment in Lisbon is an excellent choice for guests seeking comfort and convenience in a well-connected location. Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, the space offers a welcoming, homey atmosphere ideal for both short and extended stays. The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a cosy double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals or a relaxed workspace. The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a refreshing and worry-free experience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, so you can settle in and feel right at home. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Vagabondaggio 2025 : L'appartamento ristrutturato ha un centinaio di posti letto ed è prezioso per noi. Spoljasnost zgrade i okolnih zgrada nije obecavala, mali market u blizini i par restorana. Vici
