The sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest, perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen includes modern appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including stunning floor-to-ceiling tiles, a heated towel rack, fresh towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, high-speed internet, and underfloor heating for added comfort. Paid on-site parking is also available. On the ground floor is a fully equipped communal gym that you will have free access to throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
