Welcome to my home! Situated on the city’s main avenue, this charming and tastefully decorated retreat offers the ideal base for discovering some of São Miguel’s most popular attractions. The cosy living room features comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals together. Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor furniture invites you to relax while taking in views of the marina and breathing in the fresh countryside air. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The home includes three inviting bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with a single bed. All are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure you enjoy a peaceful and restful night. The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the property is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you have a wonderful stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

La única queja que tengo es que cuando te duchas, el agua se derrama por todo el cuarto de baño.

Maravilloso apartamento justo enfrente del puerto: Me encantó el apartamento. Fantástica ubicación justo en el puerto y a poca distancia a pie de tiendas y supermercados. El apartamento era increíble.
