It can comfortably accommodate 2 people, with a mezzanine bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 22 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, and transport links, and is the ideal base for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a dining table for two. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises a mezzanine bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, towel dryer, toilet and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
