The apartment, which sleeps two, offers all the comforts you need with its light-filled living room, separate bedroom and all the modern amenities for a self-catering stay. The nearby underground station (7 mins) allows you to easily explore all of Paris.

Enjoy an authentic Parisian experience in this charming 40 m² flat, just a stone's throw from the Pont-Neuf, in the heart of the legendary Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. You will be at the heart of everything that makes Paris so charming! Ideally located, the apartment offers the opportunity to take a cruise on the Seine in the immediate vicinity. The Louvre Museum is just a 5-minute walk away, while the nearest metro station, line 7 (Pont-Neuf), is a 3-minute walk away. The Odéon station, served by lines 10 and 4, is also a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. This charming two-room flat on the 2nd floor (no lift) welcomes you into a space that is both pleasant and functional. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa (not convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining area has a table for two, perfect for sharing meals in good company. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: - hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. - The queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. - Storage space is available so you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. - You will also find a washer-dryer for added convenience. - The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

La estancia en esta casa fue maravillosa en todos los sentidos. La ubicación es muy céntrica y pudimos ir andando a todas partes. Hay muchas calles, restaurantes y cafeterías que explorar en la zona.
