Located on the first floor of a secure building, this spacious, bright, and open space is ideal for enjoying Paris with family, friends, or during a business trip, in the heart of the lively Oberkampf neighborhood.

This spacious loft consists of several well-defined areas to facilitate group stays. Living room: A large living room with two double sofa beds, a large-screen TV, and a generous table for sharing meals and convivial moments. Open kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, as well as coffee, tea, and sugar for your gourmet breaks. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed and ample storage space. Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, and nightstands. Bedroom 3: double bed and built-in storage. Bathrooms: Three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Toilets: Two toilets, both integrated into the bathrooms. Amenities included: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, high-speed Wi-Fi, iron, bed linen, and towels provided. 📍 The loft is located on the first floor of a secure building with no overlooking neighbors. Construction info: Renovation work is scheduled between November 3 and March 30. The apartment, located on the first floor, remains accessible and noise impact is limited.
