Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. This apartment is available only under a mobility lease.

The cozy living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining area includes a table for two, ideal for intimate meals. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom boasts a double bed (140x200), neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. An armoire provides ample storage, allowing you to feel right at home. Please note that access to the bedroom is via stairs, which may be inconvenient for those with reduced mobility. The bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower, while the toilet is separate for added privacy. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay, and for your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring a fresh environment. This apartment is available only under a mobility lease. All that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy!
