It can comfortably accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, spacious living room featuring a pool table, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Ideally situated just 4 minutes from the metro, you’ll be able to enjoy a unique stay along the capital’s most beautiful avenue.

Welcome to this beautiful 105 m² flat, situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift). Tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and traditional styles, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions – between Galeries Lafayette, the Champs-Élysées and the Grand Palais – as well as shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The building is on a living street. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. It also features a pool table. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds – one double (140 × 200) and two queen-size beds (160 × 200) – are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms available, one of which has a shower and the other a bath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please also note: The apartment enjoys an exceptional location right in the heart of the Champs-Élysées, surrounded by Parisian restaurants, bars, cafés, and nightlife. As a result, some city noise and lively street activity may be noticeable, particularly in the evenings and on weekends. For guests who enjoy being in the middle of the action and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Paris, this is a truly ideal location. If you are particularly sensitive to noise and prefer a very quiet environment, we simply recommend taking this into consideration when booking.
