In the heart of the 6th district, discover a cozy, comfortable and functional apartment. Located on the first floor of a beautiful Lyonnais building, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a comfortable dining area for 4. Living room with TV, bedroom with double bed (160x200), bathroom with bathtub. Wifi throughout the apartment. Close to shops, restaurants and all amenities. As a couple, with family or friends, perfect for a tourist or business stay, from a few nights to several weeks. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
Acceso
The building is located in the center of Lyon, parking spaces are scarce and subject to a charge during the day. Pay parking nearby. Only four Metro stops from Lyon Part-Dieu station. The flat is on the ground floor without a lift. Bicycle parking available in the building courtyard. (Any arrival after midnight will not be accepted. Depending on the availability of our hosts, reception after midnight is possible with a supplement of €20 to be paid on site to the host).

Dear travelers, We are the ALL IN LYON concierge and help the host to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will welcome you until 9 pm directly at the apartment; however, if you wish to arrive after 9 p.m., please contact our agency before or after booking to verify the feasibility of this. For a reception between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. maximum, you will have to pay 20 € directly to your host.
