Welcome to this bright, fully equipped 20m² studio apartment, nestled on the 2nd floor of a quiet, secure building with no overlooking neighbours, located in a neighbourhood close to the city centre.

Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building without an elevator, this studio, fully renovated in March 2024, charming and tastefully decorated, will win you over with its brightness thanks to its south-facing exposure and its proximity to the city’s main attractions. You will be just a 10-minute walk from the city center, less than 15 minutes from the Cité de la Voile and the Keroman submarine base, and only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the beaches. Designed for your comfort, the space includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) with hotel-quality sheets for maximum comfort. A small workspace is also available. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for one person, a dining area, and a video projector, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. The bathroom provides everything you need, including towels and a hairdryer, and the toilet is separate. You will also enjoy high-speed fiber internet, an iron, and an ironing board. Free and easy street parking is available at the foot of the building, several bus stops are less than a two-minute walk away, and many shops are located nearby. This accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, or anyone wishing to explore Lorient and its surroundings.
