Make Marylebone your London base in this characterful split-level studio. With air conditioning, a dedicated work desk and excellent transport links, it is well suited to a city break or a working stay. *A note for guests: The apartment is situated on a busy road in central London, and some traffic noise can be heard throughout the day and night. Please be aware that the windows are not fully soundproofed, so guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or light sleepers may wish to take this into consideration before booking.* Set on the ground floor, the open-plan studio accommodates up to two guests. A king-size bed sits in the raised sleeping area, reached by a short flight of internal steps. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower. **A note for guests: The property has recently undergone a number of improvements, with all previously reported maintenance issues now resolved. Some older reviews may relate to stays before these works were completed.*** The layout gives each part of the studio its own purpose. Settle into the living area after a day out, work at the desk beside the window, or enjoy a meal at the dining space by the kitchen. Soft neutral tones create a calm backdrop, while a vivid orange armchair, colourful cushions and deep blue kitchen cabinetry give the home its distinctive style. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances for preparing meals during your stay.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
