Welcome! This charming apartment with a balcony, situated right by the sea, is the ideal retreat for exploring Madeira Island! Perfect for families, this apartment features a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, with large windows that fill the room with natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying all your daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, and a dishwasher for your convenience. There is also a dining table with chairs. Next to the kitchen, you will find a dedicated laundry area. The master bedroom, harmoniously decorated, features a double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The second bedroom has a single bed that transforms into a double bed by pulling out the bottom drawer. This room also includes a desk and access to the balcony with views of the neighborhood and the ocean. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The property is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
