Situated on the 1st floor without an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 110m² house is conveniently located near top attractions in Paris, such as the Jardin du Luxembourg! This house features an open floor plan. The living room includes a large sofa, a TV for all your favorite shows, and a dining table for 8 ppl. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen has essential cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, the house has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are four bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with a queen bed. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms are stocked with necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
