Welcome to my apartment! This charming 70m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Benicalap, Valencia, is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable stay in the vibrant city. Conveniently located on the ground floor, the apartment features an inviting open floor plan that enhances the sense of space. The living room showcases a recently updated, comfortable sofa (please note that it differs from the one shown in the pictures, we have updated it), a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table that comfortably seats four. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to whip up delicious meals. It includes a stove, a small electric oven, and a microwave for your convenience. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet all your laundry needs. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating both adults and children. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
