Welcome to my apartment! This beautiful 75 m² two-bedroom apartment, perfect for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience, is located on the seventh floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table for shared meals. One of the apartment’s highlights is the balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs—an ideal spot to start the day with a coffee or relax in the evening. Perfect for remote workers or book lovers, the apartment includes a dedicated office space with a comfortable desk and adjustable monitors to make working more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the property also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious private terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed. All beds come with quality linens. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The flat was clean and compact but had everything it needed. Well located and close to bus stops and local facilities, I would stay there again.
