Welcome to my flat! This 3 bedroom flat in Valencia is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Located on one of Valencia's most popular streets, it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, the building even has a supermarket underneath on the premises, making it incredibly convenient for groceries and supplies. The flat is on the first floor and is accessible by lift. Please note that as it faces the street, it can be a bit noisy for people sensitive to this. The property is designed in a modern way. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and appliances, such as a cooker, an oven and a microwave. The flat also has drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The flat has a master bedroom with a queen bed (with en-suite bathroom), a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, providing ample sleeping space for all. All beds have bedding, and all rooms have a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. In addition, there is a cot and baby bath available for families travelling with young children. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. But the real star is the back patio, complete with a couple of chairs and a coffee table. It's the perfect spot for lazy breakfasts or just a quiet moment of reflection. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
