The space includes a cosy sofa bed for relaxation, a projector with streaming option (Apple tv) for your favourite shows, and a dining table. With its bright and inviting atmosphere, you'll feel right at home. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and other useful appliances. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned before each stay. Located in the basement of the building, it offers a quiet and private retreat. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Ausgezeichneter Ort, genau wie auf den Fotos, super sauber und sehr aufmerksame Besitzer, in der Nähe von Restaurants und alles leicht zu finden.
