Located on the fourth floor and accessible by lift, the studio combines practicality with style. The thoughtfully designed living area features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for two, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Step out onto your private balcony, an inviting spot to enjoy the fresh air with a morning coffee or evening drink. The sleeping area includes a double bed. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare simple meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs with ease. The modern bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
