Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely flat is close to many of Edinburgh’s top attractions! The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building with no elevator. Fitted with two plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that comfortably seats 4, relax in the spacious living/dining room after a long day in the city. The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed and two single beds respectively. The beds will be fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens at no extra cost. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and sanitized. Enjoy your stay!


Zugang

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
