This fantastic two-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor in a classic 18th Century tenement building next to St. Giles Cathedral in Central Edinburgh. It is perfect for small families or friends looking to stay in the city's historical heart! Easy walking distance from The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum and other historical monuments and attractions!

Welcome to my home! Renovated in 1987, this superb apartment is centrally located and close to all the city's attractions! Please note that the property is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs. The living room and kitchen are open-plan, light and airy. The living space features several comfy sofas, a TV, a dining area for four and window seats where you can sit and enjoy a drink. There are splendid views of Arthur's Seat from the living room and main bedroom, unobstructed by tall buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons needed to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a kettle. There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed, and another has twin beds. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
