Welcome to your Old Town adventure! This beautifully appointed flat on the 4th floor of a historic building with no elevator offers everything you need for a memorable Edinburgh stay. Living & Dining: Spacious living and dining area with two plush sofas, flat-screen TV, and dining table comfortably seating 4. Bright windows flood the space with natural light. Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery. Bedrooms: Two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms—one with a generous double bed, the other with two single beds. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens. Bathroom: Full bathroom with bathtub, shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Note: 4th floor stair access only. Enjoy your stay!


Zugang

Convenient Keynest key collection system. Visit a nearby store within walking distance to complete check-in by providing a code. Store address and access code provided at least 48 hours before arrival. Code valid for 30 minutes before scheduled check-in. Keys must be returned to the same Keynest store at checkout.

This apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
