Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Valencia’s Quatre Carreres district – a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty to see and do. This simple 30 m² one-bedroom flat is a great base for exploring the city. It’s on the ground floor at street level, sleeps 2 comfortably, and can fit up to 3 with the sofa bed in the living area (The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall, but it does not have a door). You’ll have all the essentials for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, and 24/7 guest support. A Note on Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. The flat doesn’t have windows but has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh. As it’s at street level and near ongoing, some noise is possible on weekdays. To keep things comfortable for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must stay inside the property. Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property. Check-in is self-service and available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Please note that parties, loud noise, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a €200 fine. Out of respect for neighbors and the community, any behavior that disturbs public order, creates noise, or affects cleanliness is strictly forbidden. It is also not permitted to remove furniture, chairs, or any household items from the property. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay. Pets are not allowed. We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra linens — we'll be happy to provide them for an additional fee. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of smoking (e.g. odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Extra cleaning with linens: same price as the regular cleaning fee. Extra linens: €30 (includes towels and sheets for 2 guests, when the sofa bed is not in use). Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property.

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir waren zu Besuch bei unserer Familie, daher war die Anbindung an die Züge usw. sehr gut. Wir konnten den Fernseher nicht
