This three-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the bus stop is just 2 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise level monitors and smoke detectors. Pets are also not allowed. This charming 100 m² apartment features 4 double beds and a sofa bed, spread over two floors.The property is at street level. Please note that it does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system that purifies the indoor air for your comfort. On the ground floor, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. A hallway leads to the bathroom and a bedroom with the first double bed, followed by another hallway that leads to a second bedroom with another double bed. All spaces have storage areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. The other bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs from the second downstairs bedroom. This upper floor features two double beds, separated by a large partition for privacy. The bathroom is on the first floor and includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY forbidden inside the flat, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Pets are not allowed, either. If you do not follow the house rules, fines of 200€ will be charged. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property.
