Welcome to our magnificent property ‘La Grande Clémente’, set back from the town centre and ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends. This building is located close to natural areas. The property includes a duplex flat, a studio, outdoor spaces and a large garage! You'll have the use of both flats and all their facilities.

First floor: - Spacious master suite with Queen-size bed (160x200) and plenty of storage space. - Bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror (semi-open with access from the master suite). - Separate WC (accessible only from the master suite) Outside : - Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, bar with stools, and dining table. - Large L-shaped paved terrace with garden furniture under shaded pergola. - 4x2m above-ground swimming pool (open from 1 June to 15 September). - Various relaxation areas and a plot of land for budding explorers. Private garage: A 20m² garage is available for storing bikes, motorbikes and a car. You will have independent access to the property with a key box on site, all information will be sent before your stay but I am always reachable and make myself available if you need anything during your stay
