Welcome to my 52m² cocoon in my favourite city: Saint Denis. On the ground floor of a century-old building, you'll be a stone's throw from the magnificent Parc de la Légion d'Honneur and the famous Basilica, where you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine. Ideally located, streetcar and metro stations are just a few minutes away, connecting you easily to the center of Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 52m² apartment has everything you need for a charming stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large comfortable sofa bed and a projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a kettle and a dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen futon bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, a towel-dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay! For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the apartment, especially on the carpets. Thank you for your understanding. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
