The house has 11 rooms with double beds (max. 22 people), some with private bathrooms, each with a desk and storage space. The house has two kitchens, two living rooms and a private outdoor terrace.

We inform you that the house is suitable for responsible and respectful travelers, be sure not to make any parties or excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm that could disturb the neighborhood. Walking, the main square of Roubaix (and its metro station) is 9 minutes away. The Eurotéléport station and the McArthurGlen shopping center are 8 min away.
