Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. toilets: One toilet is outside the bathroom. Outdoor terrace: Enjoy a private outdoor space ideal for fresh air and relaxation. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything has been thought of to guarantee a comfortable stay. Additional information: The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The apartments are located in a typical Parisian building without an elevator, accessible via a narrow staircase. There is a keypad at the building’s entrance; it may require careful handling upon arrival. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 40 m² (431 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which has to be opened by moving the table, and space becomes tight for a family or a group of friends. * The terrace is small and has no view. It is a place to get some fresh air, but it is not really suited to a meal or time together, which may disappoint guests who book for this outdoor space. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a stone's throw from Arts et Métiers metro station, on a quiet street, with a separate bedroom and an equipped kitchen.
