Enjoy a pleasant stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your comfort: Living room: A large, bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV and a beautiful dining table. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen: Fully equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to cook delicious meals. Master bedroom: A cosy room with double bed and TV for maximum comfort. Bedroom 2: A convivial room with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests or friends. Bathroom: A beautiful, modern and functional marble bathroom, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: 1 marble toilet with washbasin for added convenience. Additional room: a small, cosy room on the floor below with sofa and TV. Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Washing machine, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home. Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Parisian building without an elevator, accessible via a narrow, steep staircase. The bathroom is compact, typical of older apartments.
