Stay in a spacious 110 m² apartment ideally located in the heart of Paris, just a few minutes' walk from the Louvre Museum and Notre-Dame Cathedral. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and generous living spaces, this comfortable accommodation can sleep up to 10 guests. It's the perfect place to stay with family or friends in the heart of the capital.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this large apartment, perfectly suited to accommodate a large number of guests. The living room is a truly welcoming space, with a large lounge area equipped with two double sofa beds, a television, and a dining area with a dining table, ideal for gathering after a day spent exploring Paris. The open-plan, modern, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. It features a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine, with coffee capsules, sugar, and tea at your disposal. The sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. One of the bedrooms also has a TV, providing additional space to relax. The apartment has three modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo. For added convenience, there are two toilets in the apartment: one in a bathroom and the other separate. In terms of amenities, you also have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, as well as bed linen and towels provided for each guest, allowing you to travel light. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure building without an elevator. 📌 Please note before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will stay in a 110 m² (1184 sq ft) apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers, with room for ten guests, on a quiet street in the 2nd arrondissement, less than a 5-minute walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4) and Sentier (line 3) metro stations.
