The living area features a welcoming lounge with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy meals together. The main bedroom offers a calm and comfortable setting, with a quality bed, an additional sofa bed, and a TV. It’s well suited for settling in comfortably, even for longer stays. A second charming bedroom is available, featuring three single beds and a desk, making it ideal for children, friends, or working remotely. The modern bathroom includes a shower and a vanity unit. A welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo is provided. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the bathroom for added convenience. The toilet is located in a separate room, offering extra comfort and privacy. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, an iron and ironing board, as well as bed linen and one set of towels per guest. I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay. -I will personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m. -Breakfast is included in your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed. -The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
