Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed, TV, wardrobe and desk for working. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. Toilet: A separate toilet for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home. Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor in a secure building. Please note: Internet speeds may be slow and may not be suitable for activities that require a fast or high-bandwidth connection. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment, on the ground floor, has poor soundproofing: noise from the street and the building can be clearly heard inside, including at night. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account. * The apartment is on two levels linked by an internal staircase, and the toilet, separate from the bathroom, is on the upper level: depending on where you sleep, you have to take the stairs to reach it, including at night. If you are travelling with young children or elderly guests, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 60 m² (646 sq ft) in the lively Oberkampf area, a 4-minute walk from Parmentier metro station (line 3), surrounded by restaurants and shops, with a double bedroom with a desk, an open kitchen and a washing machine.
