Please note that from November 3 to March 30, renovation work is planned inside the building. The apartment, located on the ground floor, remains easily accessible and any inconvenience will be limited. Enjoy a pleasant stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your comfort: Main room: A cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a double bed, a TV and a dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Functional kitchenette with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer. Toilet: A WC in the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home. Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a courtyard at the back of a secure building. Please note: Internet speeds may be slow and may not be suitable for activities that require a fast or high-bandwidth connection. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the ground floor, at the back of the building's courtyard, and you enter it directly from the courtyard: the building's rubbish bins are placed right in front of the entrance door. If a neat entrance matters to you, please take this into account. * With 29 m² in a single room, the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed, in the same room as the double bed: once the sofa bed is open, space becomes very tight. * The windows look onto the inner courtyard: there is no open view. If a view matters to you, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will stay in a quiet spot at the back of a courtyard, in the Oberkampf area (11th arrondissement), a 4-minute walk from Parmentier metro station (line 3), with an equipped kitchenette and a washing machine.
