Welcome to the Candice Suite, a spacious and light-filled apartment designed to offer a comfortable and refined stay. From the moment you enter, the living area impresses with its generous volumes and harmonious layout. The lounge, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a television, is perfect for relaxing, while the dining area is ideal for shared meals and convivial moments. Large openings naturally connect the space to the outdoors, enhancing the sense of light and openness. Extending from the living room, a large terrace furnished with two outdoor sofas and a dining table allows you to fully enjoy sunny days, whether for an al fresco lunch or a quiet moment of relaxation. The modern kitchen, fully equipped and open to the living area, combines practicality and conviviality for everyday use. The sleeping area includes two separate bedrooms. The first features a double bed and a balcony, offering a peaceful and bright space. The second includes a double bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote working. Two modern bathrooms are available: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, each equipped with a washbasin. A separate toilet adds extra comfort. A dressing area and a laundry space with a washing machine and dryer complete the layout. Included amenities: oven, Wi-Fi, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each stay. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building with an elevator, ensuring comfort and peace of mind.
