The accommodation This bright studio apartment on the 4th floor with lift is ideal for 2 guests. It comprises : - 1 comfortable double bed - 1 open, well-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) - 1 modern bathroom with shower and WC - Smart TV and dining area - High-speed WiFi - Air conditioning - Bedding and towels provided Service options with our partners : Foodie & Flexx - Enjoy a tasty breakfast or brunch at the Foodie restaurant, located right next to the MOON building (optional service, not included in the rental price). - Access to the top-of-the-range Flexx gym, located in the building next door. To take advantage of this, please enquire directly at Flexx reception (optional service, not included in the rental price). Please let us know in advance. Independent arrival You can enter the accommodation with a secure key box. All instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival, once the security deposit has been paid. Security deposit A security deposit of 300 Euro is required for each booking. This will be returned within 14 days of your departure, provided there has been no damage. A penalty of 150 Euro will be applied in the event of unauthorised late check-out. Our flat is on Sacha Guitry street, with plenty of parking all around. Public transport is just a few minutes' walk away. You can also park in a nearby underground parking lot. (chargeable) If you wish, we can provide you with a baby cot during your stay for a supplement of 15 Euro. Please inform our team at least 48 hours before your arrival.
