Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 40m2 apartment in Madrid offers a comfortable and convenient retreat for guests seeking a memorable stay. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. The property features a playground, a shared pool, and a tennis court, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. The living room features a comfortable single sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Pool is only availble in summer months, from june to september. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Muito descontraído : Não gostei do facto de haver uma casa de banho que nem sequer funcionava. As lojas são próximas e muito bem servidas de autocarro
