Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 45 m² one‑bedroom apartment offers the ideal base for couples seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of Madrid charm. The apartment is located about an 10‑minute walk from Plaza Mayor, the main and most iconic square in Madrid’s historic center. Situated on the second floor of a well‑maintained building with an elevator, it provides a stress‑free stay in the heart of the city. Inside you’ll find an open‑plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a flat‑screen TV to watch your favorite shows, and a dining table—perfect for meals or planning your day over a coffee. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, and all the utensils and cutlery you need to prepare your favorite dishes. There is a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and a washing machine and ironing facilities are available to cover your laundry needs during your stay. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed dressed with high‑quality hotel‑style linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day exploring the city. The bathroom includes clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything you need to refresh and relax. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental — Not available for stays with tourist purposes. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the purpose of your stay. After the booking is finalized, you will receive a contract to sign; without a signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without refund.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra clothing: provided free of charge upon request (including towels and bed linen) for stays longer than 10 days.
