The living room features a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for sharing meals. The space has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of natural light that makes it even more inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as an electric hob, oven, microwave, and kettle, allowing you to prepare meals throughout your stay. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The apartment features two well-equipped bedrooms. The first offers a comfortable king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second has a cosy single bed, along with a desk and chair, providing a comfortable workspace for guests working remotely. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms also offer wardrobe space for storing clothes and personal belongings. Both bathrooms are equipped with essential amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, to help you feel refreshed and comfortable throughout your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
