Apartment ideally located in the center of Lille. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and places to live in Lille. 5 min from the metro and 15 min from the train station ! Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence on the third floor with no lift.

The flat is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the third floor without lift, in a charming older building typical of Lille. Sound insulation is naturally more limited than in a newer construction, so you may occasionally hear noise from the building or neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. It comprises a bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar and high chairs, a bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) and a bathroom with en-suite shower, and a separate toilet. You'll love this flat for its tasteful decor and central location! The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, République Beaux Arts bus station is a 3-minute walk away, V'Lille station at 1 (Place richebé station). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 5 min , 17€ for 24h. Sundays are free parking days in the streets.
