On a human scale and renowned for its peaceful atmosphere, the town offers a pleasant balance between residential life, local shops and green spaces. In particular, you can enjoy the Coulée Verte, which is ideal for a walk or a cycle ride, as well as several parks and gardens scattered throughout the town. Welcome to my 31 m² flat on the 3rd and top floor in Fontenay-aux-Roses. It comfortably accommodates two people, with a bedroom featuring a double bed, an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 10 minutes from the tram, you can quickly reach Paris and enjoy a unique stay.

Welcome to Fontenay-aux-Roses, to this charming 31 m² flat situated on the 3rd floor of a quiet and pleasant block of flats without a lift. Away from the hustle and bustle of the street, this modern and light-filled flat offers a comfortable setting for a peaceful stay, whilst remaining easily accessible from Paris. As you enter, you’ll find a cosy living area with a comfortable lounge featuring a non-convertible sofa and a television. Adjacent to this, the dining area has a table for two, ideal for enjoying your meals in peace. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, thanks to the oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils and crockery. A washing machine is also available in the accommodation. The bedroom has been designed to offer you a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing or work. It features a television, perfect for enjoying a film in comfort in the evening. The 140 x 190 cm double bed is made up with hotel-quality bed linen, whilst storage space ensures you can settle in easily. The bathroom features a shower and a large mirror. The toilet is also located in this room. For your comfort, the accommodation has Wi-Fi and a smoke detector. It is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure a clean and pleasant environment upon your arrival. Please note: the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Situated in Fontenay-aux-Roses, the flat offers a more peaceful residential setting than central Paris, whilst still allowing easy access to the capital via public transport. All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy a stay combining tranquillity, comfort and proximity to Paris!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
