Welcome to my home! Designed with an open floor plan, the studio has high-end room amenities and acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The sleeping area contains a luxurious king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There is also a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table big enough for two. The floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please note the building is going through some construction and maintenance during the day and can be challenging for those sensitive to loud sounds. This includes the pool which is temporarily closed. Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.

O quarto correspondia à descrição e às fotografias e estava bem conservado. Os GuestReady foram sempre receptivos e simpáticos. A localização do estúdio é numa área tranquila, o que foi bom.
