The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. It is only 15 minutes away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by car. The Studio is a well-designed room with a king-size bed which act as the main focal point of the studio, and is lined with high-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It is bathed in natural sunlight and is equipped with a widescreen SMART TV with built-in streaming services, so you can enjoy your favourite shows as you relax. The bedroom has hotel-quality linens and stylish decor, perfect for guests who want to be pampered just like in a hotel. The room also has armchairs for you to relax in. The dining and kitchen amenities include a fully-equipped corner kitchen, perfect for light cooking and hearty breakfasts. It is a great space for cooking and dining at the same time and contains a small dining table for four. The bathroom is small and well-ventilated, with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
